  The one Orisha who is never mentioned among these plots is Oshun.  Often we use these terms in our day to day society to describe cultural and gender norms. But in the same breath we deny that the words Feminine and Masculine are timeless, and forever exchangeable.  We use deities often, nature and astrology to describe it's complex formations. Whether it's the Feminine Apollo or the Masculine Artemis in Greek mythos, or cats and dogs; to some degree we relate these attributes to ourselves. And in relating attributes such as, romantic, logic, nurturing, or protective, we then take a genderless culture of a Cosmic Body and give it an identity. Without taking consideration it's an eternal focus, that surpasses the physical presence. In society we are told boys gravitate to certain colors behavior and traditions that make them masculine.
